Operational and Environmental Considerations
ATAS Scanner software is available for devices using Windows Mobile Embedded
Radiation Scanner Assistant is available for devices using Android
To avoid damaging components, always power off the BT-DU3 prior to connecting or disconnecting cables
IDLE Status can result from low memory, low BT-DU3 battery, or a malfunctioning gamma detector
Battery life for the BT-DU3 is significantly reduced at low temperatures; minimize outdoor use in temperatures below zero degrees Celsius
Charge batteries fully in the BT-DU3 and the mobile device prior to long-term storage
BT-DU3 will automatically power OFF after 10 minutes of no connection with the Atomtex application
BT-DU3 will not establish Bluetooth connection if battery power is low (<10%)
Large temperature changes can result in calibration errors or incorrect identifications
Flowcharts 2.0 Connection and 5.0 Calibration are only applicable for the Atomtex Android App
