If radioactive source activity is of high enough to trigger an alarm,

  • Gamma dose rate values will increase
  • The red light will flash
  • Moving graph values will increase and have a red color 
During a gamma alarm, the screen will display a large red dot, indicating a gamma alarm. The gamma CPS chart will also turn red during alarm.
