CO = NSDD standard country code
SITE = NSDD site code
MO = PRM-470 model number (either CG or CGN)
SN = PRM-470 serial number
STG = stage gain (1ST or 2ND)
PP = Measurement before or after gain adjustment (PRE or POST)
